RM Beteiligungsverwaltung GmbH - Dr. Roland Metzger

Dr. Roland Metzger acts as entrepreneur and investor since 2003. Through RM shareholding management (RM Beteiligungsmanagement GmbH) he is involved with companies in various sectors. Dr. Roland Metzger studied mathematics and ecnomics at the University of Heidelberg. After he finished his degree in mathematics, he worked as a research assistant at the Uiversity of Heidelberg and did a doctorate in economics. After that, he worked for several years as a management consultant for the Sema Group and Arthur D. Little, as well as being a member of the management board of a subsidiary company of Siemens AG in the graphic arts industry.

In 1995, he founded the online job exchange jobpilot, which went public in 2000 and became the European market leader with a presence in 14 countries. In 2002, Dr. Metzger sold jobpilot to Adecco S.A., the world's largest employment agency, and stayed in top management until 2003.

Dr. Metzger was awarded the Online Star and honored by the German association for electronic commerce (Verband der deutschen Internetwirtschaft) for outstanding successes and pioneer work in e-recruiting.

Clifton Holding Inc. – Mark Diskin

Clifton Holding Inc was founded in 1986 and is a private investment company investing with associates in information technology and health care. It has usually been the largest or lead investor such as with Smallworld Systems in 1988. The company was successfully floated, on NASDAQ in 1996 and was subsequently sold to General Electric Corporation (GE) in 2000. It was a Limited Partner in Alta Berkeley Venture Partners (www.altaberkeley.com) and is usually represented on the Boards of its portfolio companies.

Clifton Holding is led by Mark Diskin (born 1941) who has been the co-founder of Alta Berkeley Venture Partners a European venture capital firm focused on identifying exceptional young technology companies based in Europe. He was the lead general partner and CFO when Centrafarm was listed on NASDAQ in 1985 and subsequently acquired by Nycomed. He is on the Boards of a number of companies in the UK, The Netherlands and Switzerland including UltraVision since 2000 and Tissot Medical Research since 2010. He graduated with a B.Comm. from the University of Cape Town and an MBA from The Amos Tuck School of Business Administration, Dartmouth College, USA. He was a Chartered Accountant and worker for KPMG in London in 1966 and The Singer Company, NY in 1969.
